Disappointing Experience at Ridgewood Tower Taguig City Tower 1 unit 0904 I'm extremely disappointed with our recent stay at your condo, and unfortunately, I won't be booking here again. Several issues marred our experience: - *Lack of Proper Instructions*: There were no clear guidelines provided, which led to confusion. - *Amenities List*: Cooking ware wasn't available during our stay. - *Unresponsive Staff*: We had trouble getting responses from the staff to our messages until check-out. - *Maintenance Issues*: The drainage was clogged, and the aircon didn't meet our cooling expectations. These issues significantly impacted our stay, and I hope you'll take steps to address them to improve future guest experiences.
