No cooking inside the unit was already a big no no for me. Means of entertainment was also limited since the unit did not have Netflix. Though they did have Prime Video. The bidet also leaked which is why the bathroom floors were always wet. The cabinets did not close properly, too. I guess the maintenance on the unit was low and monitoring is not frequent. Place was pretty cramped up as well. Lastly, customer service is disappointing. Did not get a chance to contact somebody regarding the unit until the same day of checking in. The service needs improvement given the fact that the cost of checking in is not that cheap.
