I've been here twice now, once during the pandemic. I'm not sure if it's just me, but it seems like the hotel was more glamorous and luxurious during the pandemic. The quality of their food was better before, and the facilities were cleaner and nicer. I've come to realize that they seem to operate more effectively when there are fewer people; in short, they struggle to handle larger crowds. We came here for our latest visit for my mom's birthday, and I know I'm only an ordinary customer who requested for a complimentary birthday surprise or something. I didn't expect it to be just a birthday card with a towel arrangement, but overall, everything was good.

Great view. interiors were already quite old, but we can see that they are already doing renovations. Hopefully the hotel will get new interiors and will be modernized. Great value for money since the amount already included a breakfast buffet for 2. Hassle free check in and overall a great experience.

Facilities are old, tv is not working, guests cannot use the pool if the function hall is rented.. a lot of mosquitoes. I hope there is no dengue or malaria. Price wise at least it's better than getting an Airbnb condo within the area..
Here you have parking, decent breakfast , nice taal view, good location.. ask me if I will book again? Maybe...

Ok naman yung experience namin sa hotel.. un expected lang ung konti lang pala rooms nila at medyo luma na rin .. may mga sirang facilities na rin tulad ng nasa 3rd floor kami room 324, then sa pagtingin namin sa view may nakita kaming sira na room sa bandang kanan.. then medyo may mga molds rin sa sides ng banyo.. overall maganda naman ang experience namin, God bless

Requested to have a complimentary set up for bday and a two wine glass and they confirmed and agreed. However upon arrival, there was no set up and no wineglasses.
Upon our stay, we also heard doing maintenance on the floor like making loud noises in the morning that makes us unable to sleep and relax. Called the attention of the front desk agent, but nothing happened they are still working their ass out for their maintenance stuff like banging there hammer on the ceiling.
Upon our check out I waited for almost 30 mins for the clearance of my room. And then when I follow up the agent told me, “Hala kanina pa po cleared Ma’am.” Like hello? You guys don’t even call me. I was in front in the front desk patiently waiting.
Guess The Lake Hotel must trained your staff in handling customer’s requests.
Even asking for a late check out since we cannot even have a good sleep while your workers were doing their maintence.
Will not comeback for sure! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
