The room and amenities were not cleaned properly, there are a lot of insects, (ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches). AC is not cooling, we couldn’t sleep properly as we are sweating the whole night plus mosquito bites! Prior to that i even ask the housekeeping lady if we can transfer to other room since the AC is not cooling and the TV is not working properly, The lady told me that she will get back to me. Unfortunately nothing happens! There is no front desk available 24/7. You have to wait for someone to come out from the room beside the front desk area. Phone is not working as well, you have to go down if you need something (no elevator). The pool is a bit old, water is not clean. But yah,you get what you pay for.

The hotel staff is very kind and very knowledgeable around the place. They have a 24/7 check in. Very polite Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7. The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here. Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others. Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge. Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :( Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit. Price: Very reasonable Pool: needs to provide heater Wifi: Good connection

Room is Clean, staffs courteous, parkings good, location along the main road, overall satisfied.. Downside is: the pool is not heated and located outside the premises.. should at least make it a little warm..

We booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!

The room is quite big.It has a couch and dining set for 2. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we were able to sleep well. I also liked that the shower was strong and they even have a bathtub. What i just didn't like is the securiry deposit, which was higher than what i've paid for, and their policy of corkage fee.
