訂了三樓的房間，上去有點費勁，房間柱子有點多，挑高有點矮，個子高的人很容易撞頭，衞生還挺乾淨，大露台很優秀的説，也是為了露台才訂的，有點掃興的是去了幾天每天下暴雨，體驗有點打折扣，很冷啊，哦對了，跟朋友一起去跨年的，元旦沒訂到房😂

I booked a 2 nights for my parents as an anniversary gift. The booking was prepaid online but when my parents arrived they kept them waiting for a while because they cannot find the booking reference number. I have contacted 訂房網站.com and it has been confirmed that the payment went through (around 1,600 rmb). After their stay, the hotel still kept calling and asking about my credit card details. It was bothersome and annoying. I have contacted and was assured by 訂房網站.com that the payment went through several times. I felt annoyed because I booked online for the convinience and hassle-free experience. The 訂房網站.com costumer service were amazing but the hotel costumer service needs to be improved and stop hassling their guests all because they have a problem with their connection and partner supplier.
