Overall, bad service, no mobile coverage, no wifi internet as part of what we paid, buffet food also 1/10, there's not enough food selection, for a PHP 10K payment this is unacceptable, especially for a hospitality service. Guards and technicians are not helpful at all. For an overall stay, this should only cost 3K-5K. Never coming back again. Only good thing is the location, because of the pine trees, THAT'S IT. Please improve.

I had a great time at Crosswinds with my family. We stayed there for my birrhday celebration. It was a quiet and relaxing break from the city... The weather was so perfect, the view was breathtaking that we want to capture every spot of it, the staff were very accomodating and friendly, the food they serve is average though it's fine with us. Me and my husband agreed to go back there to spend another important occasion in our family.

Limited food, there are only 3 food options for the breakfast and only 1 option is available. CR smells like sewer. No phone, the provided viber number, no one is answering, you need to go to the lobby if you need anything.

Nice place, breakfast was good but they had us waited 45 mins before serving us. Not much amenities. A good getaway from the hustle and bustle of Manila.

Service crew was very accommodating. Requests to change pillows, provide floor towels and other room service requests have been fulfilled promptly. Breakfast food was filling and satisfying. The only major drawback to this 訂房網站 was the cleanliness. We had to request a couple of pillows to be changed because they were blood stained. Same with the inner bedsheet. The eating table was not cleaned properly and for the most part, the room needed to be dusted/cleaned properly. The shower drained very slowly and the water was not warm enough. The place should be polished to restore its old glory because right now it is looking a bit outdated due to lack of maintenance in my opinion. Otherwise, the whole property was scenic and serene.

Very relaxing place. Very good breakfast buffet. Spacious room, we got the Double Studio. Room has a small kitchen with gas range and rice cooker. Would love to stay here again!
