Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

房間隔音太差了，隔壁鄰居的談話全能聽到，最可笑的是打呼嚕聲音也能聽到，是我太敏感了嗎？哈哈，談話持續到凌晨快1點。而且房間裡居然還有幾衹蚊子，我之前在Agoda裡看到有人説那裡有蚊子，沒想到真有 再來説説環境景色吧，也就這個優點了，拍拍照啥的，泳池晚上看也挺漂亮的，第一次可以去可以看看，但下次不會再來了，畢竟酒店最基本的功能就是睡覺的，隔音不好蚊子騷擾，這就要勸退了

My stay was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

I booked a 4star hotel for my friend & her family! But super disappointed ako because I paid for 8k plus for a deluxe room with a queen size bed & single bed for 3adults 1kid (PWD) then the receptionist ask them to pay another P3600 for 2 person but they did not give additional bed? What kind of service you have? Overrated it’s not worth it so disappointing madami pa gumagawa sa building so disturbing.

Staff are great. Place is stunning and you can see the Taal Volcano from the balcony. The infinity pool has a stunning view as well. The place and ambience are superb. Will definitely come back again and it is highly recommended

Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

房間內設施木頭有一點點老舊斑駁，但美景無敵。前台動作非常慢，辦理入住和退房等待時間非常久非常久非常久，早餐非常難吃，選擇不多，唯一隻吃了歐姆蛋，沒有咖啡機，建議去附近其他咖啡廳用餐
