One of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.

We booked a Superior Room via 訂房網站, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.

Walang nasunod sa request ko. i paid 6k for 2 adults with kids, Yung kwarto nmin masikip sa ilalim ng hagdan. Hindi mabango yung Bed linens, yung foam sa headboard ng bed pati yung Couch parang nandidiri ako. parang amoy panghi. Never again. Yung nasa frontdesk/receptionist parang walang kabuhay buhay kausap. dun pa kami dinala sa pinaka pangit at maliit na room pa tlga na may ilalim ng hagdan, yung room ng sister ko sa kabila is okay naman. Yung pool warm sya pero wag mag expect. Maliit lng yung place wala kayo masyado activity kundi maliit na playground at pool. Parang Small condo lang sya for me.

Stayed at Royale Parc Hotel and honestly, it was a really chill experience. The place was clean and cozy, and the vibe was super relaxing. Staff were all nice and made us feel welcome. Loved the view and the location — everything we needed was just nearby. Would totally stay here again next time I’m in Tagaytay.

Upon check in, the reception was not warm in greeting us, the male person attending to us was very business like with a straight face, he was focusing on the legal terms we have to be aware of. Overall our stay was at best average.
