I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this stay. The room felt unhygienic—the sheets seems dusty and the bathroom smelled poor and lacked basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. Most concerningly, we felt itchy throughout our stay, indicating the room was not properly sanitized. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi password wasn't provided at check-in; we had to go out of our way to message the caretaker to get it. Improvements in housekeeping and basic guest communication are definitely needed.

I like the location of the room it has the perfect location of Taal Lake. It was very clean and the caretaker was very accomodating,and near the store's to buy basic needs. i hope nextime there is wifi..
