All was good, rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, view from balcony is nice (with volcano) - it’s quite cool to have a breakfast there, definitely smt you don’t have at home. Then power sockets - everywhere in the room, you’ll charge all your devices. Furnishings are old but with some kind of colonial taste, unusual) Also feel gratitude for all small things for a personal comfort, soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes and paste are available, with coffee and creamers if you wish to drink smt (cups and kettle in the room). About the very location - it’s great that they have Orlina’s gallery locating right next to the hotel, when you have time - worth visiting. But from other hand it means you have to drive all the way down to western side, coffeeshops, restaurants, shopping malls 10-15 min every time, and from there it’ll be much closer to the lake island with best view, just keep in mind. (! And one starbucks was in ~walking distance from hote, 15-20 min down the road, but not their famous Hiraya). Breakfast is not continental style, quite heavy for our stomachs, but here in Ph you’ll find rice with meet for morning meal everywhere(( + vegetables were a bit bitter. Would recommend you to keep brunch for outer place. Still thanks for caring. And the biggest problem with water pump - upon arrival we were provided with a room where it was impossible even to wash your hands in the sink, not mentioning a shower; after explaining that it’s not right to host someone almost without access to water, especially in a place with such wet and hot climate, the owner provided us with another room, where sink was ok, but shower was still veery weak(( I think it’s a solvable issue, hopefully they’ll manage it before someone else faces it. Yet it was a nice stay, and a manager/owner was helpful and understanding about everything, thanks for this, if we had more time, maybe it’d make sense to stay longer.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location was also a big plus since it’s conveniently near popular tourist spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. On top of that, the view was absolutely beautiful perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The view is so nice, overlooking the taal lake. The breakfast is good too and staff are very accommodating. It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰

They upgraded my room at no cost due to room availability which is lucky for me. The room was spacious and well airconditioned though we had to turn it off since the weather was cold already. As expected they welcomed my 7 dogs and we had a comfortable stay. Hope to go back again soon

The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

All their rooms are big, spacious and clean. The staff are accomodating. I liked the dining area because it is overlooking the taal lake. Place is near the public market, a walking distance. Glad i booked with 訂房網站 because it is cheaper than the hotels tariff.

They leave the outdoor light on ALL night long. You can’t get to sleep they are so bright. Then they come by and shut them off at @ 0400. Doesn’t make any sense. If they are worried about security. Lock the front gate and use tv monitors. I will not recommend this facility for that one reason
