Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.Although we waited for more than 1hour from 2pm before our room get ready.

チェックイン時にIDを求められてパスポートを出したが、駄目だと言われ、ほかのIDが無いかしつこかった。どこのホテルでもパスポートでほとんど大丈夫でしたが、このホテルはフロントが良くなかったと思います。部屋も予約した部屋では無くシングルでした。サイトに苦情入れたら部屋を変更してもらえた。トリップコムの対応が非常に良かった

Location is great - within the heart of the city (downtown) and near various tourist spots in Tacloban. Room is clean and well maintained. It is quite small but understandable for my case since I only booked a solo room. Just enough for an overnight stay and good value for the price. Staffs are friendly. They have a Skye Bar (Coffee and Wine) which is a nice place to chill especially during the night. Cons - hot shower is hard to operate, will take 3mins before water gets warm enough. Although a wide range of channels is available in the TV, a lot of them has bad connection. Breakfast buffet is available, but not much selection available. Overall, still a good stay. No major incident occurred if you don’t mind the cons mentioned. Still value for money I can say.

Neuwertiges Zimmer, Betten etwas weicher. Straßenlärm deutlich wahrnehmbar. Frühstück nicht sehr Umfangreich für Europäer. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als zwischenübernachtung ok.

The location is very accesible. No need to go out to look for resto as you can just only dial the restautant downstairs to order for food and have it delivered to your room.

Not ideal for business travel, but possibly a good fit for local families; or a quick stop over for next day flights. Otherwise, there are larger, full service options available for business travelers.

Clean rooms. Great place to stay if you need to get to the airport. They packed breakfast for an early morning flight. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant on site had really good French fries and upstairs was a wine and coffee bar. I would definitely stay there again if I’m Tacloban.

I booked 2 rooms, a Deluxe Twin and Deluxe Double. Rooms are a little bit smaller than the usual hotel rooms in Tacloban City. Their bed in Deluxe Double room is really small and can hardly fit 2 persons. Parking space is very limited same with hotels located near downtown area. Very accommodating staff specially in their restaurant and overall it's a nice stay.
