My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The lavatory faucet didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bidet was useless—basic necessities were completely neglected. To make things worse, the entire place had a horrible odor that made it impossible to feel comfortable. It’s clear that maintenance is not a priority here. No amount of decor can make up for the lack of hygiene and functionality. I couldn’t wait to check out and would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

The room is so dirty that even the pipes in the bathroom are visible. They really need to do a deep cleaning. The water pressure is very low, and the bathroom is extremely dirty, resembling a public restroom. Never again!

The location was good as it is near the downtown. The price of the room was so so. We were able to get a discount thru the app 訂房網站.com. However, When we got to our room, we were surprised that there were no towels, bottled water provided though we booked a standard room. After few hours, we requested for a towel but to our surprise, we were given a very old towel. They are not so accommodating. It was my second stay in their place yet I was very disappointed.

マニラからタクロバン到達朝7時、ホテルには8時前の到著にも関わらず、快くチェックインをさせてくれました。 寢不足で到著後のホテルで仮眠ができたので感謝です。 部屋も広く快適に5日間の滯在ができました。 隣にセブンイレブン、周辺にファーストフード店も多くて便利。次回の出張にまた利用したいホテルの一つです。
