This will probably be our last stay at this place. The faucet was barely functioning, and the refrigerator struggled to keep our food cold. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t cool the room properly. The TV didn’t work at all. When we asked for ice, we were told there was none. The shower had inconsistent hot water, and the shampoo and body wash in the bathroom were not prepared. The bed had ants and an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was not a comfortable or pleasant experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

旅館住宿地點很好 對面就是shopping mall 旁邊的路口 有很多吉普尼to機場 優點： 1.有熱水 但不持久 2.浴室乾濕分離  3.有公共空間   缺點： 1.沐浴乳 洗髮精 都沒補，很誇張一點都沒有 還好自己有自備 2.房間螞蟻不少 床單上 有動物的翅膀

Outstanding service. The staffs are kind and helpful. They provide us everything we need in a breeze. The place is always clean.. Very accessible location. perfect.... Worth every cents...👌 I will always choose to stay here whenever I'm in tacloban.

The service was ok, but the room needs to be renovated. The wardrobe was already damaged when we arrived, and the bidet was leaking and flooded the bathroom. Also the heater for the shower was not working.

Always great as per usual! Hotel Staff are always nice and helpful. I akways appreciate this place because I can pay with my card. Great food and facilities are what I needed. Would be nice if they updated faucets and other things.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here. The staff are nice. The room is clean and big, the amenities are complete. The hotel allow us to leave our baggages and allow additional guests with reasonable price. The staff are easy to approach with and very convenient to stay. It's near on the metro mall. The WiFi is too fast and we had a memorable night with my family. I really recommend this hotel. Perfect staycation for family.

Clean room with complete basic amenities. Since it's a condominium type, you share the living area and the kitchen if you only book a single or twin room but you have your own privacy. It has a good speed WiFi. The only problem is too many mosquitoes in my room and they're hiding in the drawer, on TV and in the shower. It's a lil bit far from downtown too but it's fine with me since there's a Metro shopping mall near the hotel and some fast food.
