We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in storage until we returned to check in. We had a lovely lunch in the next door Robinson's Place (so convenient). The only disappointment was a lack of information in the room regarding supply of drinking water (out in the passage) and though breakfast can be ordered with multiple choices no menu was provided. The housekeeping staff presented the room clean and properly made up.

Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.

This was the second time we book this Hotel. And this was the first time that unfortunately the aircon of our room was malfunctioning, then we immediately contacted the customer service then an engineering representative checked the aircon then found out that's there's a problem. Then they transferred us in an another room which aircon is well functioning., thank you. The main reason why I always book this Hotel it's because this is near to the airport and easy access to the Robinsons shopping mall.

War sauber, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Gleich neben dem Hotel ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Wechselstube Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nach deutschem Standart wäre es ein gutes drei Sterne Hotel. In tacloban nur noch dieses Hotel.
