Had trouble checking in since they do not acknowledge the booking I made through 訂房網站 since they mentioned that the price that was indicated in 訂房網站 is not the correct rate.

Located at the heart of downtown Tacloban, this hotel is easy to find and surrounded by bustling local businesses, restaurants and department stores. My family has been booking Tacloban Plaza Hotel for years now, not only for its prime location, but also for its cleanliness and great customer service. The staff are always courteous and checking-in and out is a breeze. As I've said in my previous reviews, this is our go-to hotel because it feels like home.

The Place is good,Tidy and very convenient,but being Travelers there is a must things that we will feel more comfortable when we stayed in hotel,like The Toiler floor cloth mat,so water dont make the room very wet and sleeper is a must,also baths like proper shampoo's.

Location is great as it is in the center of the city - within Tacloban downtown. Has easy access to the nearby restaurants, shops and some tourist spots. Rooms are clean and the hotel as a whole. It is one of the oldest hotels in Tacloban but it has undergone some renovations. No elevator available though. Bfast is buffet style but very few options - not sure if weekend bfast is different. We had an issue with checking out but seems to be due to a miscommunication only.
