I stayed first one night to take a look how is the hotel and it is really disappointing. Too old i felt I was entering in a hospital. The ventilation couldn't be changed and the room remained cold at the temperature they wanted provoking me cough😡. For the price, is definitely NOT 4 STARS. NEEDS remodeling or adjusting at least the services. Even with a yelowish color from the age. Sink drops water easily hard to close. Definitely not staying in any Rydges in Australia anymore at all!! I asked check out a bit late maybe 12 or 1pm and the recepcionist refused. Only coffee paclets were good.

Good location, staff were nice. I found it a little run down, overall. The photo on the brochure must be a decade old! Inside the rooms and around the property is not 4 star.

Brook is the worst receptionist I have ever met, she yelled at another receptionist who was still on training in front of us. She was rude to him and us!!! I also can’t believe there is no bottle of water in the room and I need to pay for it!!!! This hotel is 4 star and almost $200 a night. They can’t even afford water? All facilities are old. The outlet next to my bed was broken. Only good thing about this hotel is the bed is pretty comfortable.
