**Three unforgivable failures:**
1. **Nighttime service blackout**: No staff or contingency plan post-10 PM, abandoning guests in crises;
2. **Holiday operational collapse**: Manager off-duty with zero backup authority, deliberately blocking solutions;

Point fort: Emplacement idéal proche de sortie de métro. Possible d’aller dans le centre de Sydney à pied et si on se promène autour de Victoria il est possible d’avoir une très belle vue sur le landscape de Sydney.
Point faible: L’hotel possède une buanderie, cependant dommage qu’elle ne soit pas propre.
L’hotel n’est pas neuf, la chambre était ok pour un court séjour.
