房間每天不吸塵、不換床上三件套、每天一大早搞衞生的人就在樓面大聲喧嘩，非常吵，房間完全沒隔音。 明明是雙人房，浴帽卻衹給一個，退房的前一天索性連一個浴帽都不給了。 入住時給的房間WiFi 完全是連不上的，後來換了一間房WiFi信號也非常非常的差，幾乎無法使用。 對這次住宿體驗超級不滿意，這麼差的酒店管理和服務品質，我是絕對不會推薦給別人。

優點：飯店在地鐵站5分鐘可走到的位置，交通便利 旁邊就是海德公園，順著走下去可以到雪梨歌劇院 缺點：房間樓層很像迷宮，我們住雙人房間很小，我們兩個大行李箱打開就沒有走道位置了～ 如果短暫住一晚還可以接受～

Good location, near museum station. You just can walk to some shopping centres. The facility is ok. It is good for travel. Staff is nice. Breakfast and coffee is ok.

The service from the front desk was lovely. Before heading up to our room, it was so helpful to have some assistance in checking in, and our room number being given to us. On arrival inside the room, it wasn’t crazily spacious, although this is roughly outlined on the ad. I found the most prominent issue for me was the convenience in the bathroom and the doors colliding as well as the general shower space. Overall, We felt quite welcomed and it was a really good start to the morning to be invited to their breakfast buffet. Plenty to choose from, picky eaters beware but toast is always a winner.

酒店位置很好，過馬路就是博物館站地鐵口，去哪裡都很方便。有些景點和商場也是步行就到，周邊吃飯也很方便。就是房間有點小，早餐用餐人也較多。早餐種類中規中矩，味道不錯。服務很好，總體來説住這裡還是很方便。

We enjoyed a short stay in Sydney seeing the sights and visiting family. Song Hotel was ideal as it is so central for trains and buses and near Hyde Park. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was included and also ate at the cafe on the ground floor. Staff we welcoming and friendly. Our room was small with an ensuite and balcony but adequate for our needs.

衞生搞的不乾淨，在這裡住5晚，有一天沒搞衞生，其它時間要麼垃圾沒收，要麼床單很髒，三天前扔的襪子還在。

這家酒店性價比超高，雖然房間不大，但設施齊全，乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。早餐種類雖不算多，但味道不錯，尤其現煮的麵點很暖心。地理位置方便，服務態度友好，整體超出預期，下次還會選擇這裡！
