火神雪梨酒店 (Vulcan Hotel Sydney)

第1次去澳大利亞，雪梨，賓館工作人員，態度熱情，服務周到，有求必應。房間非常乾淨。環境非常安靜。床也很軟硬適中，睡得很舒服。不開空調，房間裡也很暖和。離雪梨科技大學，雪梨大學很近，去大的超市都很方便。

前台晚上10點就關門了，衹有一個酒店工作人員，酒店比較小比較簡陋，但服務員服務態度不錯，會幫拿行李。

設施：一般般吧 衞生：還可以 環境：地理位置挺好的，但是店內環境一般 早餐連雞蛋都沒有，冷冰冰的少量食物 床正對著門，門後還有鏡子，挺嚇人的

雪梨招待所的程度 一進屋這個大小啊設施啊就是一個字兒 拉 早飯跟沒有差不多 價格不便宜 地理位置也一般 和墨爾本的住宿差遠了

位置很好，離公交步行5分鐘，也很安靜，服務員態度很好，乾淨衞生，熱水好，早餐很簡單，沒有熱食沒有雞蛋，房間很小號，如果早餐豐盛一點會更好

比想象的好，雖然房間小，但是夠用了，完全可以滿足駐足的需要，房間是有點古典氣息，像是歐洲中世紀喬治亞風格的吊拉窗乾淨明亮，早餐在一樓咖啡店吃，簡簡單單口味純正，看到本地人也有去的！本次住的舒舒服服

酒店位置不錯，工作人員態度友好，比較安靜，早餐欠佳，過於簡單，連煮蛋都沒有，需要提升。

駅から少し離れていますが綺麗で設備も良くスタッフも丁寧でとても満足です。 無料の朝食は簡易的ではありますが食べられるのがありがたいです。 また泊まりたいです。

I get an interesting room at the Val hotel,it’s at the top floor with an inclined ceiling,my room is big enough for single.staffs are kindly and their coffee is amazing ,of course not free,haha.by the way,except for their simple breakfast,only accompanied with bread and cereal.

Dear Chesca and the Vulcan Hotel Team, I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the warm hospitality and incredible assistance I received during my recent stay at Vulcan Hotel on April 13. When I first arrived at the hotel that morning and found out my room wasn’t ready yet, you and your male colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) kindly provided me with a Sydney map and took the time to introduce some wonderful local sights and food options. I truly appreciated your friendliness and thoughtfulness—it made a great first impression and helped me feel at ease in a new city. Later that day, after returning from lunch to check in, I discovered that I had lost my passport. I was in a state of panic, but you comforted me and patiently helped contact the taxi driver and Sydney Airport, even though it was a Sunday and the airport office couldn’t be reached. What touched me most was that you didn’t stop there—you continued to help me follow up the next day, and thanks to your persistence and kindness, I was finally able to retrieve my passport from the airport. I was so relieved and overjoyed, and I truly wish I had the chance to thank you in person before I checked out. Unfortunately, you weren’t working that day—but please know how much your support meant to me. You went above and beyond, and I will always remember your compassion and patience. I would also like to compliment the hotel itself—the room was very spacious and clean, the facilities were excellent, and the value for money was outstanding. The included breakfast was a lovely bonus too. I highly recommend Vulcan Hotel to anyone visiting Sydney! Thank you again for everything. I hope to stay with you again in the future. Warmest regards
