the location was wonderful and central to everything we needed and the room was clean. However, there were multiple things in our room that needed replacing like the bathroom mirror and a cupboard door. The Service was very poor. the receptionist wasn't there half the time and we were told that we had to check out at 10:00am when my confirmation email stated that we could check out anytime before 8pm. This was very disappointing as it cut our weekend plans a day short.

千萬不要訂這家店。我訂的是豪華一室房22平方公尺，卻給了一間十平方公尺的小房間我，與圖片不一，與經理溝通，説沒有其他房了，取消訂單不能退款，廁所洗手池又小又矮，小朋友用剛好，房間有蟑螂，住了三晚跑火警兩次，實在是太差的體驗了。

On 14 Aug 2024 we check in , day 1 the next day they clean our Rooms only Once n that’s it. Thereafter total 3 days till we check out , room was in a terrible condition even though I’d inform the Receptionist as well as the Chambermaid . Please see attached photo

Отель расположен в модном районе Kings Cross. Буквально в 2-х минутах ходьбы от станции Kings Cross. Правда до оперного театра довольно далековато пешком. Номер большой, есть кухонный уголок в плитой, холодильником, чайником, микроволновкой. На крыше есть терраса с потрясающим видом на центр Сиднея. Если бы в номер был балкон - было бы идеально!

cleaning was a bit patchy as was holiday period , having said that , 6 nights for $3400 was on the high side in my view , again time of year , advice if you wantto stay herë book early

Located in the heart of Kings Cross, easy access to public transport and a short walk into the city. The deluxe studio is spacious and comes with a kitchenette which is very handy.

The room and passageway are infested with cockroaches. We stayed in the basement. I think it was called an executive double. The bed is up against the wall, so you have to climb over the other person to get out. No windows are able to be opened. The room was very stuffy and small. We stay for three nights and no room service- no change of towels/soap. The freezer in the fridge was completely frozen over and the fridge never kept anything cold. You can hear people above walking around and this keeps you awake during the night. On a positive note, I think they did empty our bin.
