Glad we only stayed one night, the bathroom was not cleaned! It was absolutely disgusting! Then around 8:30am we got a knock on the door asking when we are leaving even though it states checkout is 10am.
Do not recommend staying here
Staff was mostly friendly, when asked if me and my friend could be on the same floor they said if they had room for it and there was so changed my room. Most of the staff was friendly (have to say, the female staff was more friendly than the male). When I called for a WiFi issue the male front desk responded and he sounded very annoyed and condescending so that was unpleasant.
I’m not sure if this is a reoccurring problem but I put my sign out for room refreshing but when I came back the sign was flipped but the room wasn’t cleaned, perhaps someone messed with my sign?? I’m not sure..
Lastly, make sure you have your stuff downloaded or have plenty of data, this hotel says it has free WiFi (spoiler it doesn’t work!! It’s not even slow it just doesn’t work..)
But the roots were super clean and first glance was quite luxurious (with a few cracks in quality)

The receptionist was lovely. The carpark was very badly designed. The bed was very comfy, even though I booked King rooms, our bed was only a queen.
The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was a previous persons soap in the shower, hair stuck to the conditioner pump, one shower curtain was missing and the one remaining was dirty. The shower wall had soap scum all over it. The AC was noisy and didn't feel like it worked well at all. We couldn't adjust the fan or the temp higher than 26 degrees. The cups were not very clean. I was happy to see Equal as a sugar option. But the milk was not nice. And no complementary biscuits? Check out 11am is appreciated :)

1.The bed on one side,felt like it had a broken spring because it was like sinking into a bean bag.
Not good.
2.The bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the shower,it was bad enough we had to call reception to come n try n sort it out,the staff did a quick fix,but it was not ideal,they did offer to move us to another room,but we had unpacked and settled in.we just opened a window and tried to get fresh air through the room.
3. The fire alarm went off for a short time and we were told to wait for further instructions,still waiting and we checked out yesterday lol. We tried to ring reception from our room to find out more about the situation,no answer. So we dialled out of our room and rang Rydges and got through to them that way.
4. The day of checkout,was anytime before 11am, at 9 am I was in bed,my partner was in the bathroom,the door opens,no knock to let us know someone was at the door,the cleaner just walked in and then starts apologizing when she notices me in bed,I was NOT HAPPY.
5.Went down to the buffet breakfast,they couldn't find us/ our name n room number and had to check with reception to confirm we were booked in & paying guests before we could be seated.
My partner did enjoy his bacon & eggs breakfast,the yoghurt I had was rather bland.
The staff were very helpful and respectful when we needed them to be and they did give us a free breakfast to compensate
But the negatives make me question whether I'd stay there again
The positives are the location ( which is great ) and the helpful staff who were friendly and polite,but they can only do so much in certain situations.
