這個酒店的位置太好了！離火車站走路衹要二分鐘，另外Westfield Mall就在旁邊。所以去City或者雪梨的任何地方辦事都很方便。酒店前台很熱情，幫忙指路或者提供訊息，印象很好！

The stay was nice and the facilities are well-maintained. It just feedback for check-in cause it was under my name (I did put my partner's name as a guest), but when he tried to check in, it required me to make a call, and no one answered at that time, so it took some time n complicated. I know it's kind like procedure, but maybe there's some un-synched info between Trip and hotel.

A most enjoyable 7-night stay. The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, and the service from the very friendly staff was excellent. The hotel is also in a top location, just 5 minutes from Parramatta Station and Westfield.

Overall it is quite a nice place to stay, good location. Unfortunately I was charged incorrectly, (I had paid when I booked through 訂房網站), and then charged again when booking in. After being told numerous times that they would organise a refund, they then said that I had to contact 訂房網站, who I had booked through, so not very good at resolving their errors. In saying that, I must commend 訂房網站 on getting the refund through for me in approx 3 hours, very impressed!
