埃爾託羅汽車旅館 (El Toro Motel)

在大雪梨能住在經濟實惠的汽車旅館，真的很好，位置也很好找，前台很友善，房間也很乾凈。對於過路客來説，已經很好了。

這個酒店整體房間環境還可以，房間比較大，很乾凈，停車位很多，工作人員很耐心，是商務出行比較好的一個選擇。

Reasonable prize and generous room size, it is clean not fancy but well maintained. 

I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron 訂房網站 app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too.

Somehow the service was not okay

It's a simple accomodation for short stays. It would be nice if they contact their guest if they are checking in after hours.

Excellent

I stayed here for one night only (a Thursday). The very first thing I noticed is the excellent customer service at the reception when I checked in and out. The lady at reception during the check in was so helpful and friendly, the lady during check out was also super friendly. The customer care at this place made me miss how Australia was 20+ years ago. Sadly, such customer service specifically in Sydney is rare these days. About the room, It's super clean and specious. You get everything you need including a safe box. It's next to a pub but you won't hear a thing from the pub (I didn't). The only thing was a bit annoying is I could hear someone coughing and speaking on the phone next room. It didn't go for long though and it's not the fault of the management. It's just what you get when rooms are next to each other. The hot water may plays up if another room open the hot water in their rooms, but again it wasn't a deal breaker for me. Will I stay there again? yes! Sure, it's not your Grand Hyatt but certainly a decent place to stay... parking is also provided onsite for FREE! You won't get that in Sydney these days.
