早上會遇到清潔人員，晚上在酒吧也能找得到員工，有任何問題都可以找得到人解決很讚。入住四晚，其中三天有換毛巾、補茶包，還會天天倒垃圾。可寄放行李很方便。

地段很好但是真的很破舊。尤其是窗戶都閉不起來，稍微有點風就會啪嗒啪嗒的發出聲響很影響睡眠。還有牆角是木頭的，看得到釘子，感覺震一下就會倒，電梯的燈會閃，隔音很差。

房間位置絕佳，離火車站步行2-3分鐘，QVB、市政廳、海德公園，歌劇院都步行可達，及其方便，除了衞生間在房間外簡直是性價比之王。酒店大堂就是一個酒吧，晚上酒吧生意超級好，在酒吧裡等電梯，也算是帶小孩感受了一下酒吧的氛圍。

It was a good time, we didn't spend too much time in the hotel, but it was good. Really close to everything.

女1人で來た。安いから泊まろうとしたけど 私の部屋のドアが蹴破られててそれをテープで補修していた。私の部屋に入ろうとしたとき隣の部屋のドアが空いていて男性が見えた。ドアの隙間を開けて何をしているのか不思議だけど、隣に日本人の女が1人で泊まっていることがバレてしまった。下にはパブレストランがあり、誰でも宿泊フロアに入れて女性専用フロアなどはない。バスルームが共用なので夜中トイレ行くには部屋を出てどこかに行かなければ行かないのが危ないから、他に行く當てがあったのでチェックインして10分後チェックアウトして泊まらずに帰りました。女1人は危ないと思う。古い設備歴史あるのが好きな人はいいかも。部屋は綺麗でした。ただ女性向きではない

We a family of 3 stayed here for 4nights in an en-suite family room (queen+single+single). The room is spacious as per photo. The toilet is clean with good water pressure (only took time 5-10min for hot water to arrive with the running taps). Sheets were clean and they even supplied fresh towels on day 3. The only minor setback was the carpeted floor seems worn, fortunately we brought our own sandals which made our own expensive more comfortable. Check-in was through the bar tender on duty while check-out was just a breeze (just key drop). Location wise it’s perfect within walking distance to Darling Harbour, Opera House, etc. Tram and trains (Wynyard Stn) readily available within less than a 5min walk making it super convenient. Since it’s in CBD, do expect some noise for the street below but it was fine with us. Will definitely stay again if visiting Sydney. As a host myself, I can confirm it’s a gem. You can find a better place to stay at the rates they are offering..

After taking the lift to our room on the third floor we were unable to hear anything of the noisy old style Australian pup on street level. The share bathroom was okay, nobody else seemed to be using it the night we stayed. A great location in the city centre close to the harbour, Nsw art gallery, etc.
