I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 3:00pm on the day, the room was not ready yet, it was very dirty and wet. However, the check-in time was 2:00pm. We stayed there for 4 days but they only cleaned the room once. Despite requesting a proper cleaning the next day, all they did was change the rubbish bin and did not even vacuum the floors. When we asked the staff for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful. The service and cleanliness were well below acceptable standards, and it made our stay quite unpleasant.

房間掛清理牌也不給清理，酒店説，掛清理牌沒用，還要必須跟前台親自説，真是第一次遇到這樣的事，掛清理牌沒用，為什麼還要準備清理牌。

Location is superb especially for those who wants to be near USyd. There is no daily room service but if you need to replenish anything, you can get from the front desk. The washer & dryer work well and laundry powder is provided. The most disappointing is the WiFi is very very slow. We need to use our mobile data most of the time.
