Needed somewhere to stay close to St Vincents Hospital. Contrary to the implied online information there is no parking which meant we had to use the very expensive hospital parking. Newly renovated rooms were quite nice. Unfortunately the TV refused to work even after they "fixed" it once. Didn't try the food so can't rate that. I'm sure it was much better than the hospital cafe! Later check out (11am) was nice. Staff very friendly.

No TV. No heating. I was offered a blanket. No chromecast. No closet. No iron or board. No hair dryer. No where to put your toiletries, except on the toilet. Stained carpets. Etc. Close to the hospital. A plus. Needless to say I won't be back. Especially at over $300.00 per night.

Booked Oxford House as it looked amazing from the photos (loved the pool area) but we didn't have the best experience at this hotel. The staff are nice however our room left a bit to be desired. The hotel is old and has been recently renovated to look modern. In our room our heating didn't work correctly, we had a strong sewerage smell which lingered for the whole time we visited and we found 2 cockroaches in the room. Moreover, there are these metal doors on each floor that block the floor from the public and people coming and going at all hours of the night means the door slams and keeps you awake (depending on which room you are in). Overall, we would stay elsewhere next time we visit Sydney.

What a fab little hotel! I had to find a place to stay on short notice when my flat became uninhabitable. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I loved the pool area (especially on a scorching hot day!), food was delicious and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. I ended up staying an extra two days on top of my original booking. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nice pool but room was extremely hot and humid...the air con just didn't do anything and we had to get someone to bring us a fan. As such we only got about 2 hrs sleep. Others staying also made the same comment.
