A great stay only too short. The  experience at the check in was amazing. So grateful to the man who is a huge asset to the hotel. He gave us our bearings and not only helped us he helped a mother with little children. Keep being you.  Had a lovely outlook our the  Harbour. Bed was so comfortable. Have stayed a long time ago.  and will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

트립닷컴으로 결제하고 갔습니다 리셉션에서 결제가 안되어있다고 결제하라고 실랑이를 벌였습니다 영수증을 보여줬음에도 계속 결제하라고 막무가내를 부려서 30분이나 그라운드층에서 실갱이하다가 겨의올라왔습니다 위치는 좋습니다 서비스 청결 별로입니다 그옆에 노보텔로 가세요

地點方便, 到那個地方都方便, 就在市中心, 房間不錯, 已經是第3次入住, 很好, 下次再來 景觀可以, 下次加早餐試試

Upon arrival was given the keys to the room. We opened the room and the room was messy as if someone had just checked out . The receptionist apologised and said it’s a mistake and gave us another room . The other room looked ok but felt like not being opened for a few days . Upon checking out next day noticed a red spot on my left side of Back which spread to middle of back . It was some bed bug or spider which caused me discomfort for the next 6-7 days to come .this hotel definitely needs to update their hygiene . I am a frequent traveller and this is the first time it happened . Hotel should double check the rooms for hygiene in bedding before giving to paying customers .

숙소자체는 약간 낡았지만 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 교통이 편리한 편은 아니나 QVB에서 걸어올만합니다. 바로 앞 야경이 아름답습니다!
