雅詩閣雪梨中央酒店 (Sydney Central Hotel managed by The Ascott Limited)

這次在雪梨住得很滿意 這個酒店周圍都是吃的，China town步行就2-3分鐘的距離，就在市中心，無論離light rail還是bus或者是train都非常近，反正出行非常方便 酒店工作人員也值得點贊，shout out to Matthew！第一天是他接待我們的，特別專業和耐心😊

床單有汙漬。硬件太舊了，不隔音，門不隔音。地毯進去一股黴味。床太軟，床墊好幾層，好幾層舊床墊。床單很小，遮蓋了床頭遮蓋不住床尾。床頭燈上都是灰。浴缸和淋浴頭太老了，使用非常不方便！600以上不建議住！

地段沒得説，但是建議大家注意以下幾點：1、停車前一定要問清楚，我停車問前台，前台一個韓國裔服務員告訴我停車衹能停在旁邊的Wilson停車場，但是沒有告訴我任何在酒店交錢或處理的訊息。最後停了一晚14小時不到停車場收了兩天的費用。共110刀。時候給酒店發郵件酒店還讓我去找停車場交涉。2、部分房間臥具不乾淨，有比較重的油灰味。澳洲旅遊20余天，僅在訂房網站預訂了這一個酒店，結果感受最不好。

給的房間裡面還有客人住著，去前台交涉後重新給房間，整體還是比較乾淨的，但是有點年代感了，馬路對面就有中餐，比較方便，離輕軌站很近

送孩子去雪梨大學讀書，選擇了離學校比較近的酒店，到了之後還是很滿意的。酒店在雪梨科技大學附近穿過科技大學就是雪梨大學，沿途道路環境都很好，下次過去還是選擇這裡。

房間住的非常舒服，在雪梨大學和環形碼頭中間處。坐車非常方便。也可走去達令港魚市場，或海德公園，皇家植物園。 酒店早餐也不錯，值得推薦。

老酒店了，重在區位，價格相比其他不貴，性價比很高，周邊吃飯很方便，就在唐人街，離火車站central很近。

週末疊加情人節所有酒店都溢價，還有很多滿房，這個性價比一般般，房間小廁所小，不過有兩個1.5米的床。窗外是住家戶。周邊商業餐飲是豐富的。

這是我至今為止住過體驗最差的一家酒店之一。我從來沒寫過差評，但是這個酒店真的值得一個大大的差評。 入住當天就發生了嚴重問題。 我母親在酒店房間內洗澡時不慎滑倒，導致脊椎劇烈疼痛。這不僅反映出浴室防滑措施嚴重不足，也讓我們對酒店的基礎安全性產生了極大的擔憂。作為一家自稱高端、長期住宿型的酒店，這樣的安全隱患是完全不可接受的。 第二天，房間內廁所水槽發生嚴重堵塞。 我們第一時間向前台反映情況，但直到當晚返回酒店，問題依然沒有被修好，期間也沒有任何解釋或反饋。對於一家正常運營的酒店來説，這種效率實在令人失望。 更令人無法接受的是，在此期間發生了極不尊重客人的行為： 房間打掃後，我母親的睡衣被從床上隨意丟在地上，明顯是清潔人員所為。我們向前台反映後，對方表示“會處理”，但在之後連續三天內完全沒有任何迴應、道歉或補救措施。 此外，酒店整體設施非常老舊，與宣傳圖片和品牌定位嚴重不符。房間陳舊、維護不足，完全不符合我們對雅詩閣這一品牌的預期。 唯一可以勉強稱得上優點的，衹有地理位置尚可，以及前台工作人員態度還算禮貌。 但這遠遠不足以彌補安全問題、設施老化、服務失責以及對客人缺乏基本尊重的問題。 綜合來看，這家酒店完全不值這個價格，也不配雅詩閣的品牌定位。 我強烈建議有長者同行、或對住宿品質有基本要求的旅客慎重選擇，甚至直接避開。 I stayed at Ascott Central Sydney with my family for five days and four nights, and this was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Serious safety issue on the very first day. On the day of check-in, my mother slipped and fell while showering in the bathroom and suffered severe spinal pain. This incident clearly shows that the bathroom lacks proper anti-slip safety measures, which is unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a high-end serviced apartment brand. The next day, the bathroom sink became completely blocked. We reported this issue to the front desk immediately. However, when we returned to the hotel that evening, the problem had still not been fixed, and no explanation or follow-up was provided. This level of maintenance efficiency is extremely disappointing. What made the experience even worse was a clear lack of respect for guests. After housekeeping service, my mother’s pajamas were thrown from the bed onto the floor, which was clearly done by the cleaning staff. We reported this to the front desk, and they said they would “handle it”, yet there was no response, apology, or action taken over the following three days. In addition, the hotel’s facilities are very old and poorly maintained, completely inconsistent with the photos and branding. The rooms feel outdated and neglected, far below expectations for an Ascott property. The only positives are the relatively convenient location and the acceptable attitude of some front desk staff. However, these do not come close to compensating for the safety risks, poor maintenance, lack of service follow-up, and disrespectful housekeeping behavior. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price and does not live up to the Ascott brand at all. I strongly advise travelers—especially those staying with elderly family members or expecting basic service standards—to avoid this hotel entirely.
