首次住雪梨的民宿，確實是另一種感覺，聽説房子有幾百年了。但是裡邊整齊，衞生乾淨。

As I required a place near to my son's boarding house, I chose the nearest and based on listing pictures. On the day of my checked in during day, the place looks poorly maintained to my disappointment., though checked in by pin # was a breeze. The wall of the room was torn badly and the floor was like a mess. Kitchen, laundry area and back yard looks like have not been used and not cleaned. When I backed at night, there is no one else have checked in and I do not feel comfortable at all to stay. I decided to leave without staying for the booking of 8 nights. So disappointing. Never again.

Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable due to excessive noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway. Sound insulation was poor, and noise could be heard clearly whenever people walked past outside. In addition, the window was sealed shut and could not be opened, resulting in poor ventilation and an uncomfortable atmosphere in the room.

It's like a home. There kitchen and washing machine. We can self check-in, don't need Key card. Using password to get in so it's good for me who always forget the key. And it's very quiet.
