Even manless hotel for check in, but there is team to answer your question and solve prob all 24 hours. Room is bigger compare with standard room in hotel. I really love this service apartment. Promised one day in future will book again.

Poor customer service, no luggage storage for check-in date, the door lock was poor etc. Dont waste the money, u can book a hotel room instead of an apartment room
