This premium 2 bedder was the perfect stay for our visit. The king bed in main was excellent and having the unsuited great. The main bathroom had a nice big bath, great heat/cooling. Lots of natural light. The balcony was a bonus i didn't know i wanted!! It is part of a complex of apartments, not very noisy. The hot water doesn't really get to hot which is disappointing because the pressure is great!! The parking is basement parking with a decline in the the driveway, so be careful with your lower cars, I was concerned with mine, but we got in there. Would definitely stay here again. The profiteroles patisserie is around the corner as well as BP service station and uncle johns pizza which is delicious by the way!!! Kula apartments- your home away from home!!

Апартаменты находятся не в туристическом районе. Добираться до достопримечательностей около 1 часа на автомобиле. Напротив дома идет стройка с самого утра, здесь выспаться будет сложно. Дали номер 7, он находится на 1–ом этаже, возле входа в подъезд, где постоянно ходили и разговаривали люди. У номера есть терраса, которой фактически нельзя воспользоваться ( все кто заходит в подъезд будет видеть вас ).. Из плюсов: просторные апартаменты, внутри есть все необходимое, также есть удобная парковка. За эти деньги можно снять жилье в более лучшем месте

整體都很好，乾淨整潔，地方大。服務員的招待很好，常常很快回覆我的查詢，第一日發現其中一部風筒壞了，跟服務員反映後，第二天立即給我們另一部，很貼心。停車場很好，有電梯可直達屋的樓層。大廳有暖氣，房間沒有，但有一部暖爐可使用。環境清幽，清晨有鳥兒叫聲，其他也沒什麼嘈雜聲，很好的住宿體驗。

Cozy place to rest & relax after a long day out there. Tucked away from the hustle & bustle of city. Private carpark which was a bonus. Recommend!

We booked this accommodation again after seeing so many good reviews. On our second stay, we were given a different room, but this room had its own issues. While the toilets and bathroom were extremely clean, there was a terrible smell throughout the apartment that made it impossible to sleep. We arrived at 9 pm and ended up leaving by 4 am because we just couldn’t stay any longer. There was also something on the couch — one of us slept there for a couple of hours and woke up with red marks all over his body, as if something had bitten him. The apartment was easy to access, and the staff member who called me was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the smell and the couch issue really impacted our stay.

We don't know a better place to spend time in Sydney. Kula Parramatta is a full-fledged modern comfortable spacious apartments in a low-rise complex, located in a quiet and peaceful place. 👌The bedrooms have comfortable and high-quality beds with high-quality bed linen. WiFi is reliable and fast. And in general, the apartments have everything you need even for a long stay. The apartments are very clean, there are beautiful bathrooms. And what is very important, the house has a secure car park in the basement. The check in and check out procedure is very simple and contactless. We stayed at Kula Parramatta for the fourth time and will definitely do so in the future. 👍 Thanks to the owners for the excellent work! 🤝

Apartment looked very cozy and comfortable for 5 people. The only problem was we cannot access from the main entrance but only from the garage with the code provided. We really appreciate they ask if we need a cot for our baby before our arrival.

被鋪感覺不乾淨，衣櫃腳邊好多塵，浴室抽氣扇積滿塵埃，浴缸太高，上落不方便危險，水龍頭開關掣一早已經損壞。廚房用具不齊全，又欠缺焗爐保護手套，沒有吸塵機不方便自己打掃，洗手間洗手盆冇梘液洗手。上網check-in系統複雜，點不方便老人家。

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we stayed in. We chose this apartment because it was pet friendly and for the location. The apartment was much larger than we expected, the kitchen had everything you'd need for longer stays, there was a beautifully maintained fully enclosed communal bbq/garden area and the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and tidy. It was easy to park and the building was quiet when we stayed there. Little bit of road noise comes through but it was blocked out with ear plugs and a bit of white noise from the fan supplied. :)
