一言難盡，如果預算充足，慎選。房間可能很久沒住人了吧，空調是壞的，找客房服務要了一個電暖器，還是冷的要命，後來又要了一個，好幾個小時後房間才暖和一些。衞生間淋浴水很小，影響洗浴速度和心情。房門安全鎖釦是壞的，把桌子搬了過去頂住門😢 唯一令人欣慰的是前台服務。早到了一個多小時，美女工作人員提前幫忙辦理了入住，並按照我的意願給了頂樓的房間，視野很好。後來兩次幫忙送電暖器到房間。退房時把行李暫存在前台，工作人員也是很熱情地幫忙處理。 趕緊裝修更新吧😥

Situated at the top of the city it’s convenient for most things. We arrived and were instantly charged for what we thought was free parking. On entering the room it was clear it hadn’t been updated in many years with crinkled carpets, scruffy chairs and tired fixtures. The cobwebs were a feature that I wasn’t sure I’d seen before in other hotels. Several attempts at the plumbing had also been made in the bathroom, making a shower experience like no other. Food for full breakfast looked good, although I didn’t eat the full buffet annoyingly as I only wanted a light breakfast, the toast and honey was white standard bread and crystallised runny honey. Late check out would have been charged at a fairly punchy rate so we didn’t indulge. A neighbouring room played the tv all night on super loud so didn’t really sleep much at all either. All in all, and expensive poor nights sleep in a pretty sub standard room for the money.

The hotel is located very near the train station and has an abundance of shops nearby to eat etc. The reception staff were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating as were the restaurant staff. Good value overall for a short stay.

Picked this place because it was close to the station. Excellent place to stay- staff goes above and beyond. Clean and quiet rooms- excellent breakfast (well worth the 10 pounds extra). Highly recommend
