湖苑酒店 (Suwakoen)

酒店工作人員非常沒有禮貌！早上退房時問了是否可以寄存行李到12點30，前台小哥答應了。我們去諏訪大社轉完回來後時間才11點半，於是就在大廳坐了一會兒。不料前台一位老先生直接拖著我們的行李箱到我們面前趕我們走，説過了十點鐘退房時間了。 我感到非常氣憤，如果退房時間後不能寄存行李，早上為什麼又答應我們説行李可以放到十一點半？第二，就算酒店規定如此，我們提前回來了酒店希望已經退房的客人儘早離開，我可以理解，那前台工作人員為何不提前上前輕聲告知？説我們無法再為您寄存行李，禮貌一點？而是非常粗魯地直接拖著行李到我們的座位跟前，讓我們離開！我們此行在日本待了十六天。從北海道到關東地區一路住了不少酒店，這家酒店的服務素質是最差勁的！

Location is great, it is just on the main road and by the lake. I remember there was a Lawon convenient store not far away when we drove past. We stayed there for 1 night. I highly doubt if we were given the wrong room type, as I booked a room that can see the full Suwa Lake, but the room we have got is at the corner. It is because of the cherry blossom season, there are so many mosquitos outside so we couldn't open any window. According to the information provided by the hotel, the mosquitos don't bite human, but create stains on clothings. Anyway, the room has a private onsen. It was quite small, and look a bit old. The water is very hot, though I couldn't smell any sulfur so it is not a real hot spring. As the windows can't be opened, so it is a quite stuffy inside the bathroom. The room has equipped with all amenities, but no bottled water. The hotel mentioned the water is drinkable from the tab. The room is quite clean and spacious. The mattress is quite nice, it was good for taking a rest after a whole day 訂房網站. We chose the meal package (breakfast and dinner). They were both Japanese style with a lot of dishes and options. Food is great. Nagano is not a place that produces meat, so mainly there are a lot of vegetables. With the price we paid for, the hotel services, food and everything is quite reasonable. However, the hotel is a bit old. Nothing is special other than providing a clean room to sleep.

距離車站稍有距離，附近也沒有便利商店，一泊二食完全在飯店內活動到退房。湖景房的視野很不錯！

餐廳的老太太很熱情，住和室，趁去吃晚飯時把地鋪鋪好了。散步十分鐘內就到觀花火最佳點。離立石公園觀景台步行要四十分鐘左右。大堂的咖啡限時免費。

美麗的和室，和室內贈送了長野縣本地特產的葡萄果凍，品嚐後立刻去一樓的土產店購買了。塌塌米的體驗很好，湖景很美，讓人心神寧靜。 溫泉也很舒服，還想再次光顧。

Terrible service. The staff yelled at and shouted at me for late checkout, when its only 10min late and im standing at the door with my luggage already. Later at the reception counter he angrily snatched the keys away from me. ひどいサービスでした。チェックアウトが10分遅れただけで、しかも既に荷物を持ってドアの前に立っていたのに、スタッフに怒鳴りつけられました。その後、受付カウンターで、彼は怒鳴りながら私の鍵をひったくりました。

밥맛있고 호텔 뷰 좋아요 직원들도 친절합니다

스와호가 코앞에 있어서 너무 좋았고 직원분들 너무 친절하셨고 숙소 컨디션 좋았고 가장 좋은건 온천욕!! 아침에 산책, 조깅하기 너무 좋았고 꼭 봄이나 가을에 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이되었어요. 중요한건 아이들도 너무 좋아했다는거죠! 편안하게 피로 풀고 좋았습니다.
