The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing.
