周圍中餐很好 入住期間還碰到過fire drill 所有人一起往外跑 每個人發一個保溫錫紙。去周圍徒步也很方便

Pretty decent hotel, nice location, easy access to the Sutton high street. Couple of things which can be improved are the mattress quality. I did not enjoy sleeping on that. It was sinking in the middle even though they had the mattress protector, and sometimes the bathroom would have a weird smell. Other than that a pleasant experience.

It was confusing finding the entrance to the property, there's no parking in front of the hotel except 7pm to 7am zone, and the parking lot behind the hotel only has parking bays 12 to 27 and only 10mins free parking before you get charged or find with cctv camera - there's no disability parking and private parking is £15 for 24hrs, display your ticket but if you leave and return later, your parking is still valid but only if you can find an available space as you are not allocated a specific parking bay, even though you paid £15 for up to 24hrs. Ludicrous!. I asked the hotel staff if I could book undercover parking that the hotel has, they said it was not suitable for someone with disabilities and mobility issues as no lift from the carpark and a long walk with stairs. If you don't have a vehicle then the location is good as the Sutton rail station and buses are short walking distance. It's got a restaurant/bar onsite, open until 10pm. Food was nice.

因為有親友住Sutton, 所以選擇哩間Ibis, 地點真係一流，轉彎就係火車站，行前D就係High Street，非常方便。

The location is good: close to Sutton railway station and bus stop to Heathrow. The service is also good as they help to change room quickly when there is some water leakage in the scheduled room.

I stayed a night at Ibis Sutton, checked in quite late but it went smoothly. The room was clean and had a good view with floor to ceiling windows. The amenities include shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea with a kettle, hair dryer. It would be perfect if they give water bottles. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast and rooms were nice however basic, really what you would expect for the money as was good value. The rooms were clean however the hot water in the shower was rather cold. Room service/daily clean is to a basic standard. Staff are very friendly.

酒店的位置很好，非常方便，附近有SL7巴士到機場，機場也有巴士到酒店，行 5 分鐘便到酒店了，車費只需要 1.75鎊，大約2小時。 也有巴士 164 到 MORDEN 轉地鐵 都係 1.75鎊，搭巴士費用每程都是 1.75鎊，不論遠近，指 SUTTON. 另外，附近也有中餐館，和超市，非常方便。 如果房間有雪櫃會更好。
