設施很齊全，酒店很新，房間有洗衣機烘乾一體機，廚房廚具應有盡有，但缺點是沒有鍋鏟，環境不錯。離sutton火車站大概走7分鐘到樣子，去市中心很方便，附近小鎮也很近，很多香港人在這邊居住，中餐也比較多，還有很多大型商超例如sainsbury距離希羅思機場1h左右，綜合來講都是不錯的。

我覺得整體非常好， 乾淨、舒適、有廚房、有洗衣機， 真的是非常棒的一間房！ Sutton 也是一個很棒的小鎮！ 我和我老公非常喜歡這裡！ 小缺點就是距離市區真的有點遠， 來回通勤每天要將近兩小時， 每天來回通勤約13英鎊， 其實也蠻花錢的~

Location is accessible to the train station. Room size is quite spacious however the bathroom is too small for a family. The oven and other utensils are not well cleaned. In general, it a bit over price in terms of the cleanliness. And we have left something in the room after check out, we have sent 2 emails to the hotel but no reply at all. This is a bit disappointing as a hotel group!

很近Sutton 火車站，去Sutton high street 也只是過條馬路，十分方便。有洗衣機可洗衣服。唯浴室竟然沒有洗頭水和沐浴露！要問前台拿他們才送上來。

전철역에서 가깝고, 근처에 식당들도 많아 위치가 좋았습니다. 런던 중심가에서 기차로30분거리라서 편하게 잘 다녔습니다. 호텔도 룸상태 깔끔했고 좋았어요👍

酒店的員工態度一般，房間的廚房用具不是很好，請酒店人員多加留意，因為煲的底部花了，還給人用。而且 check out 11點太早，CHECK IN 又唔可以早，這酒店無咩人情味。 之前入住說每週只有1盒紙巾，但給你的紙巾全部是上個客人入住的，好計較的酒店。

Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again.

넓고 생활에 필요한거 다 있고 세탁이 덜끝나서 두고나왔는데 대신 꺼내서 봉투에 담아 체크아웃 완료해주시는등 서비스도 대박입니다 위치도 버스정류장 근처이고 근처가 다 서비스형 아파트 들이라 치안도 좋아요

엄청 깔끔하고 리셉션 직원분이 정말 친절해요! 서튼이라 런던 시내랑 1시간 정도 거리가 있긴 하나 왔다 갔다 할 만 합니다! 8분 거리 정도에 tesco도 있어서 음식 해먹기 좋아요
