超級差的一間酒店 沒有熱水沖涼係最過分 沒有人收拾房間 垃圾都係放2 3日先有人收走 沒有前台工作人員 有問題都聯絡唔到任何工作人員 解決唔到任何問題 email佢哋講只會得到任何沒用的解釋 最後都係冷處理 並沒有看到任何工作人員作出改善和檢查 聯絡訂房網站工作人員都表示聯絡吾到佢哋 需要等回覆 訂房網站工作人員都表示酒店回覆態度惡劣拒絕任何協商 令到成個旅程好唔開心 唯一覺得可以只有位置方便 不推介 it’s too bad

I booked a 'Luxe Double Ensuite Room, 1 double bed, 12sqm. I received a tiny, dingy, dirty room with damaged furniture, damaged walls, damaged door. It was maximum 7sqm large. The double bed just fit in. The 'ensuite' was maybe 1sqm big and wasn't clean (there were still items and rubbish from previous occupant(s)). This was a terrible experience and an unlawful representation of the product that I paid for: Section 29 of the Australian Consumer Law prohibits false or misleading representations about goods or services.

Really scared with the review posted here. Preparing this and that to brace the bad review. HOWEVER, I got the best room that served with relatively cheap price. Clean bed and bathroom, near to station, and beautiful view of central station. Self service and detailed guide on how to get there and check in plus check out. The downside would be the shower handle is loose, so you have to hold it. However the water pressure is so strong that you can just leave it hanging 4/5 will come again

the only good thing about staying here is the location being right outside Central station. if it weren't for the convenience it wouldn't have been as bearable with the cramped space and number of bugs that were found in the bathroom and in the shared kitchen space upstairs. also feel a bit ripped off as the photos did not accurately represent the room we got.

Quite literally the worst Airbnb that we’ve ever stayed in. 1. NO hot water. Only gave half a roll of toilet paper for a 1 week stay. Had an empty shampoo bottle which has been empty for god knows how long before our stay. 2. The bed was so dirty that I got rashes within a minute of lying down. Had to wear long sleeves and pants to sleep to stop the itching. 3. Blanket has no proper covers. 4. Tables and clothes rack were wobbly and seemed close to breaking. 5. Walls and floors were all disgustingly dirty. Room was so dusty that we kept sneezing and coughing whenever we stayed in to sleep and these symptoms vanished once we left the place. 6. Dead cockroaches everywhere. 7. Washing machine is right outside the rooms so good luck sleeping.

Met with black marking on the walls, an odd smell and an electrical humming noise that wouldn’t stop. I booked it for three nights but immediately left and went somewhere else. The photos are extremely misleading

센트럴 역 바로 앞이어서 여행객 입장에서는 입지가 훌륭했습니다. 룸 내부는 괜찮았지만 숙소 입구에는 외부에서 유입된 듯한 벌레가 청소되지 않은 채로 방치되어 있었던 점은 아쉽습니다. 하우스키핑에 추가비용이 필요한 점도 미리 고지되었으면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 5일 묵는 동안 큰 불편함 없이 좋은 가격에 묵고 갑니다 :)

This staying is kinda scam. Don’t trust the picture. The room is unbelievably small. And if you stay few nights, you can’t get new towel or clean. You need to pay every single things. There’s no amenity. Take shampoo body wash, etc. this room was the worst i’ve ever had. And also hot water is not working. I was calling to talk to them. They just saying no. And later on, they said fixed! But no, it wasn’t fixed. And even the heater is not working. They don’t want to get me refund as well. They are just ****. Very shitty. Don’t book this shitty staying.
