The hotel location is good as it is situated near the Hinatuan bus terminal. However, there are no nearby stores where you can buy essentials or snacks. KriZlion hotel actually has a lot of potential. The room is clean and modern. It is even equipped with a bath tub and a garden view. The notable issues are there are no towels and toiletries provided. I check other hotels within the area and it is a common issue - not sure if there are situations that hinder them from providing these basic items in hospitality industry. The faucet is also leaking - hope this is fixed. The owners are actually friendly and accommodating - it is a family business so they are the staff of the hotel themselves. I suggest if they continue this, they check the reviews and improve based on the people’s complaints and suggestion, or hire a staff/manager to do it for them which will greatly help there business and maximize its potential.
