佈雷格北部絕對海濱公寓酒店 (Breakers North Absolute Beachfront Apartments - Official)

Beautiful gorgeous apartment. We booked the beachfront view and it was absolutely perfect. Unobstructed view of the ocean + tennis courts. Pool was warm, clean and refreshing. Beautful long walk by the beach to Surfers Paradise. Bus stop a minute away to go anywhere in GC. Service by Luke, the young blonde guy at reception was a 2/5. We were given a room that didn't have a working dishwasher & dryer. Luke didn't even attempt to make any suggestions to help us. We had to return the next day to ask the older lady if we could use another dryer as we had a lot of wet clothes from being at the beach daily and at the pool. Our first day, we loaded the dishwasher and left for town only to come back to a flooded kitchen. We cleaned up without making a fuss. Service needs to be better.

酒店位置好，可以步行到沙灘，有游泳池，網球場，百葉窗簾塵土多，整體衞生稍差，洗手間設施老舊，洗澡間很小。

We had a lovely time but there a few issues that I would like to address. I did not appreciate nor respect the Manage’s attitude. To be honest he is just rude. The 1st night we got there it was late and dark and I couldn’t see the entry to the car park so my daughter rang up and asked where do we park? We were told “ on your right is the entrance to the car park “. I did exactly that. On my right was the entrance but to Breakers not Breakers North. We didn’t realise that right next door to “Breakers North” is “Breakers”!? Yet totally different properties managed by different companies. We ended up in Breakers CP. Yet even the lady we were talking to from Breakers North didn’t even know that right next door is Breakers!? Staff should be trained properly and know basic information regarding the properties that they manage!! We finally figured out we were at the wrong property. The Manager was waiting for us outside and I cannot believe the rude attitude we got from him!! We tried explaining the situation only to be cut off and told that “ you got perfect instructions” ***!? Beg your pardon!? We were told the CP is on your right. That’s exactly what I did yet we were spoken to & made to feel like we murdered your puppy because you were waiting 10 mins for us. It’s your job!! All other staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly ! Great location but the apartment was rather dirty and the dishwasher didn’t work ( 20 years old) nor did the iron, the intercom phone, and many other little things but overall we did enjoy ourselves . I also couldn’t believe the managers attitude when we was leaving and took back the keys that he didn’t even want to get up from his seat and let me out of the CP! I had to double park and leave the kids in the car while I literally had to run back to reception to hand back the key to him while he was in the same position when I left. All he had to do was catch the lift to the CP with us and swip us out! Customer service goes a really long way!

The room facilities are a bit old with some strains in the basins and bathrooms. Some drawers in the kitchen are smelly
