The ocean view and location were excellent — definitely 5/5 for those aspects. It was great being so close to the beach and having such a beautiful view. However, the overall experience was let down by the facilities and reception service. The receptionist was not friendly and came across as having a very negative attitude. I also felt that I was treated differently because of my background, which made the interaction uncomfortable. There was only one air conditioner in the apartment, and the ceiling fan was not working. The kitchen and oven were also not working, which was inconvenient, especially for a longer stay. Overall, the location and ocean view were fantastic, but the customer service and room facilities need significant improvement.

Initially very unimpressed with the level of outside noise from construction going on near apartment at 6:30am in morning and the kitchen amenities were old snd dirty.  no milk at all to compliment tea snd coffee provided.  Killed a cockroach.  No tissues either Great location however people need to be warned about the construction and  if anyone would still be insistent on staying at your resort they would need to request a room on the 11th floor or above to avoid such noise.

Construction work was being carried out directly below the balcony and was noisy every day from 6:30 a.m. On Saturday, the work started at 7:00 a.m. Although a receptionist was present, guests were still required to complete the check-in process online, as the receptionist could not do it on their behalf.
