Overall the room is excellent, apart from the tiles in the bathroom and laundry. The paint is peeling which made the floors looks dirty.

Initially very unimpressed with the level of outside noise from construction going on near apartment at 6:30am in morning and the kitchen amenities were old snd dirty.  no milk at all to compliment tea snd coffee provided.  Killed a cockroach.  No tissues either Great location however people need to be warned about the construction and  if anyone would still be insistent on staying at your resort they would need to request a room on the 11th floor or above to avoid such noise.

Construction work was being carried out directly below the balcony and was noisy every day from 6:30 a.m. On Saturday, the work started at 7:00 a.m. Although a receptionist was present, guests were still required to complete the check-in process online, as the receptionist could not do it on their behalf.
