I stayed at Ruby Gold Coast in Room 905 and found it a good choice for families. The apartment had plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the rooms were bright, clean, and comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and the service was reliable throughout the stay. The kitchen was equipped with utensils that were a bit old but still worked fine. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise.However, there were several downsides. The windows had no soundproofing, making the bedrooms facing the next-door hotel’s pool very noisy. Early mornings were often disturbed by kids playing in the pool, which made it difficult to rest. On top of that, all the taps had inconsistent water temperatures — they ran extremely hot most of the time, even when adjusted to cold, which was frustrating and unsafe.Overall, it’s a spacious and well-located option for families, but the noise levels and water issues were a real let-down.

Disappointed with my stay. The apartment was dirty and smelled bad on arrival—sticky floors and unclean kitchen. A cleaner came the next day after I complained, but for the higher price paid, the experience was far below expectations.

旅行多年，正常都是默認五星好評，第一次認真來寫次評價。 帶著三個孩子臨時決定來黃金海岸進行一場錯峰旅行，每一年來黃金海岸度個假也是習慣，在我們還都是澳洲身份，極其適應澳洲本地生活和秩序的情況下，最終被該酒店退房後收取的30刀費用“噁心”到了。 酒店本身衞生情況也就那麼回事，設施老套，但澳洲大多數酒店都那樣，所以我們很習慣。 怕被收取清潔費用退房前特地把地掃了，按照要求碗洗了，桌子擦乾淨，垃圾全倒光，和入住前唯一的區別就是被子沒疊，沙發因為給孩子玩耍臨時轉了90度，就被酒店收取了費用，理由是我們將房間弄的亂七八糟。 建議該酒店直接在下訂單時收取清潔費用，就按照澳洲市場價一兩百刀收，沒人會覺得不正常，我們也不用又掃地又洗碗又給你倒垃圾的，什麼都做完了再硬找個理由扣錢是**行為，衹會讓人覺得噁心。 不推薦該酒店給剛來澳洲遊玩的人，連久居澳洲的我們都覺得無語，真不知道難得來這旅遊的人會受到什麼待遇。

It was a wonderful experience thank you pretty easy to find and good distance to get to places and a good walking distance to a fishing spot that my partner enjoyed great place to stay at would 100% stay there again

地點很好，離市中心有點距離，很安靜，去超市要走店路，也算方便。 房間大，備廚房，雖然配備簡陋但燒燒菜還是可以的，就是爐灶和油煙機很髒，沒怎麼清潔。備有洗衣機烘乾機很方便，就是洗衣機很髒，膠圈內全是汙垢，自己清潔後洗洗外衣還行。 總的來説短住還是可以的，毛巾和用品要自己和house keeping 説就可換新的。
