Wow Stay不提供到店付款服務。我們不接受禮品卡或現金付款。
不包括每日客房清潔或客房服務。我們的自助式公寓配有洗衣設施和初始必需品供應，但住宿期間不會補充。
所有款項一經支付，概不退還。付款後，恕不接受取消、退款或更改日期。如果您無法入住，可以將預訂轉讓給朋友或家人。所有公寓內均嚴格禁止吸菸。
下午3點起可領取鑰匙。鑰匙盒位於衝浪者Paradise弗尼大道9號的Circle on Cavill零售區。每​​套公寓僅提供2把房客鑰匙。
退款將僅退回至原支付方式。如遇信用卡遺失、被盜或註銷，客人須聯繫其髮卡機構以獲取退款。
卡維爾環形公寓採用分體式空調。這種系統只能為起居室或臥室製冷，不能同時為兩者製冷。
若客人對工作人員有辱罵或威脅行為、受酒精或毒品影響，或其行為對自身、工作人員或其他客人構成安全風險，我們保留終止預訂且不予退款的權利。此政策自預訂之日起至退房之日止有效。
只有預訂人才能領取鑰匙。或者，也可以在網上辦理入住手續時指定一位年滿18歲的第二位客人代為領取鑰匙。
18 歲以下住客需由父母或法定監護人陪同入住。本住宿不接待派對。
所有客人均需在抵達前完成我們安全的在線入住登記，以便領取鑰匙。我們會在您入住日期前通過電子郵件向您發送安全鏈接，其中包含身份驗證、信用卡驗證以及支付押金的流程。

整體可以但美中不足是我定單是寫2個洗手間由於是4個老人家須要多去厠所我也是注重洗手間但只有一個住了兩晚整竟然1盒紙巾都沒有隻有兩個厠所紙卷真是離普是1個決點扣分處

這間酒店房間很大，最值得欣賞是房間露台向下望，看見非常美麗的河流和度假屋，我個人認為比起其他酒店房間看黃金海岸的沙灘更美，有機會再次到黃金海岸旅遊的話， 我一定會再次選擇這間酒店。

呢間酒店嘅櫃台比較隱蔽，店面很細。如果沒人指路還有點不好找。  我們住42樓 ，城景。景觀很好！房間內也幾漂亮，舒服。 這酒店有免費泊車位提供，自駕的話是非常的好！ 早上露台有時會有幾隻七彩鸚鵡來探訪。好可愛！ 樓下便是超級市場，走去衝浪這天堂也是5分鐘左右腳程。位置很方便！ 但是清潔度很差，熱水壺有陳年舊漬，很汙糟，不能用。地毯踩上去感覺是黏黏的，就是多年沒洗過的感覺。玻璃窗也是很多漬。  員工方面， 態度還好啦～ 有笑容不差，但感覺上也不是特別殷勤。 下次再來我未必會住這裡，因為有小孩子，乾淨的住宿很重要。

Perfect location. Close to everything. The high floor stay on 38 has an amazing view. Very spacious two bedroom unit with separate kitchen, bathroom and living room. Plenty of space for 4 people. The view from the balcony is amazing. The view from the lounge on Level 55 is amazing. High speed lifts, the annoying part is some of them are always under maintenance. For a 4 night stay, at least 3 toilet rolls for the family would be lovely. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

This apartment was far below my expectations and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. There was no welcoming staff available, and direct communication with the property owner/investor was difficult. The furniture was old, the apartment was dusty, and the bedding was very uncomfortable and clearly low quality. The corridors had an unpleasant smell and looked poorly maintained. The apartment layout was also poorly designed, and the bathrooms had low-quality doors, sinks, and showers. Overall, the facilities need significant improvement and better maintenance. I would not recommend staying here unless the owner takes proper steps to upgrade the property and improve the guest experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect — only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by a lot of good restaurants, bars n pubs, shops . The sunset view were a bonus ,,,,🥰The amenities were great and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
