Very poor guest service. No maintenance of bathroom area, in addition guest are forced to take room service only by prohibiting them to buy online food& beverages. . Hotel management taking no actions on guest complaints.

this is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed . We had booked a room with inclusive breakfast, day 1 we didn't get breakfast , when we complained about it, they told they ll look into it, the next day the breakfast provided by them was poha. they don't even provide water bottles in the room if asked they ll charge for it. you ll find cockroachs moving around every where even in the plates in which you have breakfast. Even basic amenities like towels and soaps will be provided only if asked twice or thrice. , cleanliness is very pathetic here .

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I stayed here for three days, and the rooms were average, certainly not worth the price. However, the most concerning issue was the restaurant and the breakfast, which were extremely unhygienic. Cockroaches were everywhere, even on the plates. Additionally, they do not provide basic amenities like towels and soaps unless specifically requested.
