Very poor service, the staff is rude, how to talk to the guest, how to provide service, everything was zero, no slippers, no saving kit, no colgate, our plan was for 3 days, we got checked out the next day itself due to the poor service

Early check-in not allowed, no breakfast served in the morning and room was in a bad state with faulty fan, bad experience overall!

Very average hotel, not worth for the tariff they charge. There was renovation going on & lift was not working. Barely any options for breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend.

1) the most pathetic guest house ( not hotel) i have ever stayed in. 2) staff was so untrained and non cooperative. 3) no room service or kitchen. 4) no proper restaurant and the quantity & quality of breakfast was very limited and unhygienic.

There were bedbugs in the room. Initially the staff was reluctant to change the bedsheets, the pillow covers and the blanket of my room saying the cleaning staff comes in the morning. However, they ultimately changed and cleaned everything. The new bedsheet had big holes in it. The tv was not working.

Whole night, no electricity. No power back up. When complaint then hotel staff said no refund. No apology. I have never seen in my life that whole night no power in the hotel room.
