good proximity to airport, stuff were very kind. enjoyed indian cuisine at breakfast and dinner

Food, property and location is good. House keeping and maintenance is pathetic. Had a bad power socket because of which I could not use the iron box. Informed housekeeping, maintenance, reception, duty manager and waited for 1 hour but nobody turned up.

Location is slightly outside the city but cab service was available. A very good hotel, though reception is difficult to locate on ist floor. Food quality is good in the restaurant, rooms are big an spacious, very good ambience in the room and outside. Services are also cooperative. Best is they provide complimentary airport transfer and breakfast.

It was horrible experience with arrogant staff who was at reception counter. Moreover room having turned curtains and yellowish plates to serve food. Food was also pathetic in taste. Location is really bad.

Bathroom door was not working. It was not shut. After calling twice, the mechanic came after half an hour, took another fifteen minutes to repair. Worst service and inferior facilities i have ever experienced
