location is good, the room is not the appropriate type. staffs are not having good behaviour. The room was smelling, not very luxurious. Rooms are not cleaned, Plates having stain. they don't know how to handle the customer

Good location. Well maintained, recommended for solo traveller's. Staff response towards your needs is excellent. Cleanliness is commendable. Restaurant is available with limited space and seats, also they have dedicated underground parking space for your vehicle. This is the only negative thing i found during my stay at this hotel. Once again, i definitely recommend hotel grand pragati for solo traveller's.

Hotel is near railway and bus station so it os convenient and also rooms are neat and clean. Service is also good in terms of friendly staff and breakfast is also good
