Location: ★★★★☆ Excellent location opposite Surat Railway Station and near the bus stand; very convenient for travelers. Slightly noisy due to surrounding traffic. Food: ★★★☆☆ Vegetarian restaurant offers a decent breakfast buffet. However, food quality and variety during other meals received mixed reviews. Rooms & Amenities: ★★★☆☆ Rooms are clean and functional but a bit small. Basic amenities available, though some areas (like air conditioning and bathroom fixtures) may need upgrades. Service: ★★★★☆ Staff are courteous and helpful. Room service and front desk are efficient, though responsiveness could be improved in some cases.

They show good room in photo but in real they give a worst room There is no availablity of shower and Tv But there staf are good they giving full attention and taking our but they need change there photo or they have to provide good room

It’s a worst experience. Odour in the room is very poor, blanket and pillow covers are very dirty. Smell in the washroom is horrible.

Location is good. Loads of restaurants nearby for both veg and non veg. The bathroom needs significant improvement. It is not in good shape. And the bathroom door gets jammed due to its cramped location.

Whole night the light was due to faulty electricals i couldn't get any sleep 4 to 5 times the repair *** came the room was dirty the toilets weren't upto mark flush was not happening properly no towels
