    Disappointed with the hotel rooms, very different from the pictures shown, smelly rooms, bedsheets not cleaned, no warm water

    Excellent and comfortable stay at r. B. Residency, surat. The hotel staff is very helpful. Food was also delicious.

    There were good clean rooms, comfortable and good service. But our beds were not made and room service was not done before we got our room.

    Rooms are not clean. Not professional. Not suitable for business travelers. Overall acceptance is not upto the mark

    Room was 3rd class. Furniture needs total refurbishment. Door frames are broken, other items was old. Ventilation was zero. No provision for hanging clothes.

    only i have to say i will not book this hotel again pathetic response from receptionist and very disappointed with service they charge for bill print….. bogus ill not book this hotel again in my life
