Gnine，蘇拉特 (Gnine, Surat)

I recently stayed at g nine and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, i ordered brown gravy vegetables but was served yellow gravy instead, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the checkout time is ideally 12 o'clock, i received a call at 9:30 am insisting i check out immediately, despite still being within the checkout window. This rush and inconvenience significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope the hotel can address these issues to ensure a more satisfactory stay for future guests.

Location was good, but arrengement was not good. Room size was small, no table for keep laptop and do work. Breakfast without live counter, also fruits are cut and mixed in one big plate. No green tea nothing during breakfast.

Courteous staff. Rooms are clean. Location is superb. A couple of areas of improvement. 1 restaurant should serve local cuisine 2. Rooms should have a study table

Check in to check out was average service and breakfast service and quality was zero. Hotel staff seems to be untrained

Overall good, food is superb, service is very good ,rooms are comfortable and location is very good.

Very good location. Breakfast was not good. So better u eat downstairs jaani ka dhokla and khamni. Dont book room with breakfast.

The location of this property is great, descent rooms but limited in terms of amenities.

Nice and clean rooms. Courteous staff. Toilets send linen were clean and tidy. Very push location have lot of eateries near by. On the main road next to am-bani school only issue is very limited break fast menu.

i recently stayed at hotel gnine, surat, with my family for three nights. While the room quality was average given the tariff charged, i am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the breakfast service, which was a significant part of our booking. We had opted for the "room with breakfast" package, but the breakfast experience was far below expectations:day 1: there were only three options available, with no south indian dishes, which are typically standard even in mid-range hotels across india. Day 2: once again, there were just 2-3 options for breakfast. Day 3: the options were even more limited, with only poha and paratha offered, neither of which we preferred. It became clear that since there were no other guests in the hotel during our stay, the management had not arranged a proper buffet breakfast. Instead, the staff directed us to sit in a corner and only offered a few limited options each day. This led to a disappointing experience and made me feel that i wasted my money by opting for the "with breakfast" package. Given this unsatisfactory experience, i request a refund for the breakfast charges and urge you to review the hotel's standards for future customers.
