Location wise Hotel is on the highway. Quality of food is good. There is no swimming pool, no fan in the room and no exhaust fan in the washroom.

The property was not well maintained and the staff was not well trained in terms of hospitality towards the guest. The ac in the room was leaking. We wanted an early breakfast since we had our ferry to go to gogha at 9 pm. So we requested breakfast at 7.15 am but the hotel was not ready to provide early and receptionist said “rules are rules” and we cannot provide the same. We then requested to provide us packed breakfast and they promised us sandwiches however we were given only bread butter and cut fruits. Further due to conference, the parking lot was full and just to remove our car we wasted almost 25 mins to get the car outside. Overall the hotel needs to work/train the staff.

*1/5 stars - Utterly Disappointing Experience at Amore Hotel Surat* Our stay at Amore Hotel Surat was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Here's a rundown of the horrific experience we had: *Breakfast Fiasco*: We were supposed to check out and hit the road, but the breakfast timing became a major issue. When we went down to the dining area at 7:15 am, we were told that breakfast wouldn't be served until 7:30 am, and since we were 15 minutes early, they wouldn't serve us. Okay, fine. We waited patiently until 7:30 am, expecting a decent breakfast spread. But guess what? They couldn't even start serving breakfast on time! We were left starving and frustrated, which was not ideal for our long road journey ahead. *Conference Chaos*: It seemed like the hotel was hosting a huge conference, and the staff was completely overwhelmed. The crowd was massive, but they only had one lift working, which caused huge delays and frustration for guests like us. *Unfriendly Staff*: When we arrived early for check-out, the staff seemed put off and questioned why we came early. It was like we had done something wrong. Their tone was condescending, and it set the tone for the rest of our interaction with them. *Rude and Unhelpful*: Throughout our stay, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in getting us out of the way than providing any assistance. It was clear that they were not trained to handle guests with even basic courtesy. *Avoid Amore Hotel Surat*: Unless you enjoy being treated like dirt, waiting in long lines for the one working lift, and starving because the kitchen can't start breakfast on time, stay far, far away from this hotel. We won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One star for the roof over our heads, but that's about it.

Our experience at Amore was excellent. Property was well maintained, very clean and is located in a very prime area of Surat. Staff was very cooperative with happy help attitude. Food was good however limited to vegetarian meals.

location of the property is ok rooms are small and needs maintenance I switched over to bigger room by paying extra... food is toooo overpriced, very spicy and since there was some other function going on we were left unattended for long.. 10 of us were waiting for quite sometime for fulkas laundry is too overpriced. For 11 am check out the receptionist started following up from 10 35 am and called twice before 11 am...Santosh housekeeping manager did his bit and was all ***** trying to save the face of the property
